Always Compassionate Home Care is proud to announce that we are now a home care provider agency for the Federal Department of Labor. We provide services under the Federal Employee’s Compensation Act (FECA), Department of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC), and the Division of Coal Miners Workers’ Compensation (DCMWC).
The Division of Federal Employees Compensation provides support for those who eligible under the Federal Employees Compensation Act (FECA). The FECA provides a variety of benefits to workers and survivors for work-related injuries or illnesses. The program settles new claims for benefits and manage ongoing cases, pays medical expenses and compensation benefits to injured workers and survivors, and helps injured employees return to work when they are medically able to do so.
The Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation provides support under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). The EEOICPA protects injured workers or became ill on the job, or their families, by making timely, appropriate, and accurate decisions on claims and providing prompt payment of benefits to eligible claimants.
And lastly, the Division of Coal Miners Workers’ Compensation manages the Black Lung Benefits Act. The Black Lung Benefits Act offers benefits to miners and former miners who are totally disabled by pneumoconiosis (black lung disease) and to their eligible survivors, with supplementary allowances for dependents.
