The combined resources of ACHC and Mid-Hudson’s 50-year heritage serving the Mid-Hudson Valley region will immediately enhance the quality of home care services offered to the community.
We employ registered, licensed, and certified practical nurses, home health aides and companions, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapists. We currently serve 17 counties all throughout New York.

Always Caring is Always Compassionate Home Care’s Private Pay Division, which offers the highest quality concierge home care services for your loved one. Every one of our patients/clients receives an initial comprehensive home evaluation by a nurse to determine the level of service needed. In addition, our patients/clients receive a regularly scheduled nurse visit to re-evaluate the services and support required to keep them safe at home.
All our patients are assigned a care management team that includes a nurse to coordinate services. Our patients and families always have the assigned care management team available to consult regarding the health complexities of the patient.
Caregiving services range from clinical nursing to home health aides and companions that can be completely customized over time, based on your loved one’s evolving needs. Our goal is to provide the compassionate care that your loved one deserves, keeping him or her safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible – all in the comfort of home.
