• Employees are eligible to obtain a mobile phone upon their hire date.
• Cost to employees is a $30 security deposit plus a $9 fee each week. The weekly fee will be deducted from each employee’s wage parity benefit so there is no additional charge unless he/she does not have wage parity benefits available. In that case, there is a $9 standard net deduction that would automatically come out of his/her paycheck.
• Employee will have four phone choices. Two options are included with the plan at no additional cost and two options are included at an upgraded cost due upfront at sign up. See below for details.
• The plan consists of unlimited talk, text and data. The plan allows employee to use the phone for personal use as well, for as long as he/she is an employee of Always Compassionate.
• After three years, employees are eligible for an upgrade. The original phone will be theirs to keep.
• Employees must maintain employment to keep the phone plan active. If an employee is temporarily not working, he/she will be responsible to pay weekly out of pocket during that time. If payments are missed for five weeks, the phone will be disabled.
